Nikhil Shinde
Founder & CEO
Passionate about music since day one, Nikhil started by producing intimate house gigs during his college days — what began as a fun side project grew into a journey across India’s biggest stages. From NH7 Weekender and Spotify’s Rap91 to launching his own IP Rev It Up, he’s gone from humble beginnings to building extraordinary experiences.
Trained at Berklee College of Music, Nikhil leads SoundCheck with purpose, creativity, and a deep belief that entertainment can — and should — create impact.
Mikhail Miranda
Operational Head
A key part of SoundCheck since the very beginning, Mikhail has been instrumental in building the company from the ground up. With sharp instincts and a steady hand, he leads all things operations — from technical builds and logistics to seamless on-ground execution.
Beyond the role, he’s been a constant pillar of support to the founder — someone who shows up, solves problems, and stands tall no matter how big the challenge. His quiet strength is one of SoundCheck’s loudest assets.
Dibyendu Dev Sharma
Festival Director
With an eye for detail and a heart for spectacle, Dev is the driving force behind the execution of SoundCheck’s flagship events. As Festival Director, he brings bold ideas to life — managing everything from creative planning to on-ground logistics with calm precision and high-impact energy.
